Our Team
dr. Levente Lajos
Managing Attorney
Dr. Levente Lajos graduated in 1994 from the Faculty of Law of Janus Pannonius University in Pécs. He obtained a master’s degree in banking and finance in Milan, an LLM in EU law from the University of London, and more recently an LLM in American law from the University of California, Berkeley. In 1997, he founded his independent law practice. His working languages are English and Italian. The professional reputation of Lajos Law Firm was built through the representation of well-known Italian brands.
Although the Firm provides a wide range of legal services to international investors, he considers himself primarily a litigator. He is proud to have built a strong and stable professional team over the years. He is the father of four children, and loves spending his free time with his family. His sports are yoga and horseback riding.
dr. Boglár Szervátiusz
Attorney-at-law, Senior Partner
She has been working for Lajos Law Firm since 2004, first as a trainee lawyer and now as an attorney. She obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest in 2003 and passed the bar exam in 2008. In 2018, she completed the English-language Master’s programme at Eötvös Loránd University, earning an LLM in International and European Tax Law.
In addition to her advanced English and Italian language skills, she communicates excellently—both in writing and orally—in French, Spanish, and German. Her areas of expertise include M&A transactions, employment law, and contract law.
dr. Bence Zsolt Szűcs
Attorney-at-law, Partner
He has been working at Lajos Law Firm since 2018, initially as a trainee lawyer and currently as an attorney. He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University. During his university studies, he spent one year at the Faculty of Law of Roma Tre University as an Erasmus student, and also completed his professional internship in a Roman law firm under an Erasmus scholarship.
He has been working with Italian clients since 2010 and holds an advanced-level language certificate in Italian; he also works in English. His main practice areas include corporate law, real estate matters, insolvency proceedings, and he is one of the firm’s data protection specialists. In 2018, he obtained a DPO (Data Protection Officer) qualification.
In 2024, he earned a specialist degree (LLM) in enforcement law at the University of Pécs.
